Busch Gardens or BUST!!

We wanted to take full advantage of our Season Passes to Busch Gardens this year (especially since the girls can still go for FREE!), so we packed up early on Saturday morning and headed to Williamsburg for the day!! The weather forecast had been a little yucky all week, but we decided to go against the odds and we were Busch Gardens Bound!!
And boy were we glad that we chose to go!! The weather was PERFECT for a day at an amusement park. And it didn't rain once until we were all packed back up in the car and the girls were in their pajamas and then it POURED!! But we were so glad that we were safe, together and DRY!!
We had such a fun day! Of course Emily was SUPER EXCITED to be back in the midst of Elmo and all of his friends! Haley still wasn't a HUGE fan of the Sesame Street gang, however, she was better at tolerating them than the first time we went! But what Haley was really excited about was all the rides!! We decided to take a stroll through "Land of the Dragons" this time and we were not disappointed! The girls found so many more rides that they could go on and they loved all the colorful dragon "toys" that they could play on too!
Micah and I enjoyed the shows we got to see!! We all loved MORE Pet Shenanigans~I LOVED the River Dance show, and Micah was enthralled with RAMP JAM (one of the main reasons we went, it was a show of bikers and skateboarders doing lots and lots of really exciting tricks)! The girls however didn't think it was quite as exciting.... they both ZONKED OUT! Even though the speaker system was REALLY LOUD ( Micah and I even had to use earplugs, that's how loud it was!!).
Overall, it was a GREAT trip and we are looking forward to our next trip down in June to go to see Colbie Callet!!!
