Ethan is a pretty easy going kid. He is self contained, a lot of the time, and he enjoys trying new foods! But it wasn't until today that I realized just how much he LOVES "More Casserole". He seriously couldn't get enough:) Needless to say he was happy and full at the end of lunch today and this recipe is DEFINITELY going in our 2012 Family Cookbook!
