We have been WAITING for this day ALL WINTER LONG!! we got about 10 inches of snow today and we were all SO HAPPY that it finally came!! We had a truly real snow day today!! And we were EXCITED!! We snuggled this morning (although not terribly long, because Miss Haley was REALLY hyper and excited to start the day!!), we played inside, we played outside, we heated water over our fondue pot for hot chocolate (although it took SO LONG to heat up that only Daddy and I got to have some because it wasn't ready until all 3 kiddos were already napping!). We did some school time while Daddy shoveled, we got our power back on at 5pm, yay!! Just after we had all taken our baths and showers for the night! And since we got power back, Daddy made pancakes for Dinner ---which were AWESOME!!! Overall, it was a really GREAT SNOW DAY!!!
