We have been having "school time" with Emily almost every day for awhile now. And each day we practice writing and making sounds of letters and drawing our numbers too! We usually do it during the end of nap time while Haley and Ethan are still snoozing away. And each day she picks a letter or a number and she traces them and then writes them on her own. But it wasn't until a few nights ago, that I realized things were really sinking in! I think it was after dinner time and everyone was running around playing and doing their own thing when Emily decided she was going to go write on her "board". She said she was going to write Haley's name and wouldn't you know, she sure did!! Micah and I were so happy for her. She felt so good about herself and she has continued to practice writing ever since!! She is such a smart girl and it is so hard for us to believe that she is going to be turning FOUR in just a few short months!! She is growing so fast, where is the time going?!?!?!?
