This was a place that I had heard about last year, but by then it was too late to go and get any berries. So, this year we decided to go. We got up early Saturday morning, fixed some breakfast and headed out to hit a few yard sales and give our new GPS system a whirl as we headed to the Berry Patch in Free Union. It was about a 45 minute drive from our house, not including the yard sales we stopped for along the way, but it was WORTH IT!
We had such a good time and Emily really enjoyed looking around and touching the blueberries. I think she was fascinated by them. She enjoys family time and being outside!! She is such a good little girl. And we were happy that we all got to make our first trip to the Berry Patch together!

By the look on her face I think she was ready to break free from my arms and enjoy some of those yummy blueberries!
She even got to pick a few!! Emily was working hard to pull her share for a blueberry cobbler!!

I LOVE the berry patch. It's one of my favorite places in C-Ville. Enjoy those blueberries and raspberries. We have some cute photos of Joshy enjoying them. I hope you capture some of Emily enjoying them, too!
